About 100 walkers took part over the 3 days, it was a fantastic weekend of walking, beautiful landscape, lovely food, and rounding it off each evening in the pub! Bliss. Massive thank you to the communities along the trail, festival committee, the volunteers, Tuffy's, Keane’s and Campbell's. Special thank you to the guides and to Fior Uisce for supplying the water! And to the Claremorris Branch of the Red Cross.Big thank you to Mr Paddy McGuinness, Joe Byrne and to Mr Ray Moylette for officiating at the festival.

A selection of our fave pics taken on the trail

Such a variety of scenery and it’s always different each time, with the season and the weather.

The three-day walking festival covers the whole trail in one weekend. See the “Walk News” page to find shorter outings in the region of the Trail during all seasons.
