Some snapshots taken during the 2013 Festival Walk. About 100 walkers took part over the 3 days, it was a fantastic weekend of walking, beautiful landscape, lovely food, and rounding it off each evening in the pub! Bliss. Massive thank you to the communities along the trail, festival committee,the volunteers, Tuffy's, Keane’s and Campbell's. Special thank you to the guides and to Fior Uisce for supplying the water! And to the Claremorris Branch of the Red Cross.Big thank you to Mr Paddy McGuinness, Joe Byrne and to Mr Ray Moylette for officiating at the festival.

This was a one day event, happens once a year were we meet up at brackloon then walk between 1-2km to the boheh stone where local guides talk about the stone

“Warm Up” Walk2015
RTE Gaelic games analyst Joe Brolly, joined a large crowd for the launch of the Croagh Patrick Heritage Trail Walking Festival. The festival takes place over the weekend of the 20, 21 and 22nd of March. The launch took place at Clogher Heritage Centre, the starting point for the Clogher Bog Loop Walk, an 8km loop walk. It's all in aid Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation's planned new hospice in Castlebar.
